Direct Drive V2 assembly steps:

Street option discs have Belleville washers. Race discs do not.

1. Place hat ring on workbench with Belleville washer counter-bores facing upwards.
2. Apply one drop of Loctite in each counter-bore (to hold washers in place when rotating to attach) and place Belleville washers convex upwards.
3. Place hat with wheel-facing side downwards on workbench.
4. Locate disc onto hat.
5. Gently place hat ring onto desk, being careful not to dislodge the Belleville washers.
6. Fit bolt and washer through hatch ring and hat. Fit washer and nut. Hand tighten.

Once all bolts are in place, tighten with a torque wrench to 5 Nm per bolt.
